The car provided for me had a rock chip in the line of site for a driver. The agent apologized and said this was the only vehicle available and would try to find me a replacement when one comes available. Overall good experience.

.honestly, you're rolling the dice on weather or not they have a vehicle for you on your day of travel. .this has happened on several occasions. .sure the staff is friendly. .yes, they have nice cars. .but, we all have schedules to keep. .schedules that depend on the reservation made ... days in advance.

Very simple, I had a reservation last minute. I showed up to the location, my rental was running and ready to go. I met up with the helpful employee inside building to sign agreements, and I was out with the rental in two minutes.
