Made a reservation for the day after Christmas and we were there for more than 90 minutes after the store was supposed to open. We called Enterprise HQ customer service line who wasn’t able to get a response from this branch location either.Luckily, we had family driving in the same direction and we were able to get a rental car in Lincoln to continue our trip. There were several people waiting for them to open. I hope they ended up opening after I left so people’s Holiday plans weren’t ruined.

The SUV they gave me because they were out of the full size I ordered was grossly dirty. I know they get busy but it was pretty gross and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Also, even though Enterprise will "pick you up" they wouldn't help with that... which is fine if you're busy but there were 3 employees there NOT BUSY and no one would pick us up from the airport EVEN THOUGH KEARNEY, Nebraska HAS NO AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION!! Literally none. You have to call a cab company (that only has 2 cars) to come and get you and if you're lucky you get a ride in 30 minutes or you glom onto someone else's cab for a ride share. Also, I didn't know they were closed on Sunday. I was hoping they would at least make up for everything by taking us to the airport... but no one was home. Also, the transmission was going out on this vehicle; It wouldn't switch from 1st gear into any higher gear until it had been running for a bit. Loved the kids who checked me in; very friendly and helpful other than stated above. I got a good corporate rate so it's not like I paid a pile of money, but it could have been a much better experience. Even though Thrifty (which was the ONLY car rental company at the airport) wanted 2.5x as much money, I probably wouldn't go to this Enterprise location again. It's just too much of a hassle. It's almost 6 miles to the airport with no shuttle offered and no other transportation available. Save yourself the aggravation and just fly directly into Grand Island or wherever else you're going in order to save on your travel time... not worth it.

2nd time renting and it was wonderful again. Helpful friendly service and great value. The small truck we rented had lots of leg room for my husband which is always a concern when we have to drive long distances. Will recommend to everyone.

I had rented a car from a different location, and there has been nothing but issues with the branch that I got the vehicle from. I went in and spoke with a young lady at the Kearney branch, and she was absolutely delightful to speak with very respectful and understanding, kind, and courteous and help resolve all issues beyond satisfaction. I would highly recommend if you were going to rent from enterprise to use the Kearney location. Their customer service was virtually outstanding.

They never have cars for people traveling. I know this first hand. I have tried to shuttle people there and they have told them they dont have vehicles.

I booked to have a car rented to me for three days and everything was booked smoothly and said I was set for my trip. Two minutes later I get a call from Enterprise claiming the Kearney location has no cars in their fleet. I called the location in Grand Island the same exact thing happened. they also had no cars in their fleet. This all happened after confirming they had a car for me!

When they have cars available it's great and if you book advanced is super fast and easy. Would be a 5 start if they had more vehicles and could be open on Saturday, even just open in the morning? Some staff make it a great experience others are just there to do their job and really don't care

Came here this morning due to some issues with my Enterprise rental from another state. Car dashboard reminder showing it needs oil and filter change. Upon checking, engine oil low and dirty. Engine coolant also low and needs topping. Mr. Reed Sims arranged for me to go over to Big O Tires close by to have oil change and top off engine coolant. Big O Tires took me in and both services were done in less than an hour at no charge.Mr. Sims was pleasant and professional the whole time. He fixed my concern right away. He is an asset to this company.I strongly recommend this Enterprise car rental to future customers.
