Puppy -Shop
2515 Grand Ave, KearneyI bought my Tiny Toy Yorkie here. The owner is very careful not to let the puppies go out too soon! My girl turned a year old in March and is so healthy! If and when I get another puppy it will be from this shop. I’m almost 2 hrs away but I feel this is the safest place to buy my puppy!

Riverside Animal Hospital
322 Central Ave, KearneyRiverside animal hospital is amazing! We have been taking our animals there for years, and they have never disappointed. Recently my dog Juno was feeling very sick, I called last minute on a Friday knowing they would be busy and not have a lot of time, and they immediately got me in with no hesitation. All the staff is very knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to. They ended up having to keep her over the weekend doing bloodwork, testing, giving medication, ultrasounds etc… and my bill was VERY reasonable! Will never go anywhere else!

Gillies
1822 Central Ave, KearneyWe had it in our heads that this was going to be the best burger we will have had in Nebraska. It was good. But... meh... it kinda was just ok, kinda like a mom burger. what was great though is that we had been craving this unicorn burger for miles, when we got there it was not "burger day" shooooot! But the chef made an exception and cooked us a burger and that is very cool. So winning on the being extremely inviting and good to the customers.

Cunninghams Journal
15 W 23rd St, KearneyBeen a long time since I've been here, but the environment hasn't changed that much, if at all.New servers, kind of the same menu but with some items removed. No more Reuben sliders anymore, which is sad. They still have the Reuben pizza full time though. Our server was very kind and pretty attentive. We came at a somewhat odd time so the place was noisy for a bit, but died off rather quickly.I just chose random food myself, and went with the double bypass cheeseburger. It's two big chunks of meat basically on a bun. The meat seemed to be a little heavy on black pepper, but I personally like pepper myself. Might be a turn off for others though. Added bacon and pepperjack and got a side of onion straws.Other than the extra amount of pepper (and to my knowledge I actually don't remember seeing pepperjack on the burger), it was a decent meal. The price for the food was pretty high, so this will probably be a "once in a while" place still for quite a long time.Parking here is still usually a pain as well, by the way.

610 Talmadge St Suite A, KearneyStranger in town, looking for a tasty bite after an 8 hour drive. Stumbled upon Cunningham's on the Lake (around the corner from my hotel). Place was busy, great vibe and PROPER lighting. Had the best chicken quesadilla of my life. Hands down. Delish!

The Puppy Ark
2365 E 1st St S, KearneyAfter experiencing fraud for $3,000 from an online pomeranian puppy scamer. I was referred to the Puppy Arc by the AKC registry as a decent and reputable breeder that sells only healthy quality teacup puppies. I called Joe and Olga that day. They said they had miniature Maltese puppies and would reserve one for me and never once asked for a penny until the day I recieved her. They even sent me updated photos while I waited for her to mature enough to separate from her mother safely. I don't think I have ever dealt with any company that cared as much about me as they did the puppies they had bred. They have contacted me each day to check on "Bella's"wellbeing, and answered any questions and gave me suggestions. I know they care about this baby Maltese as I do. I am already looking forward to purchasing a pomeranian within the next year, just to have a companion for Bella. I would recomend anyone looking to add a pet to the family to look into the Puppy Arc. They will not be disappointed
