Vicky was amazing to work with! She was patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and all with a smile! Her follow through was stellar throughout the two-months it took for us to complete our final design. If you want customer service, that is no less, then excellent, she is your gal! “I’ve spent a few weeks working with Eden on selecting tile for our bathroom and in that time she’s given me profound design expertise with a quality of customer service that merits above and beyond. She was patient and understanding when I was having trouble selecting a style that I liked, and never once made me feel out of place when I had asked for advice. Smart and kind, a genuine individual.
Every time I stopped to the store to visit, the Tile Shop Team members addressed me and made me feel welcomed—every question I had asked was easily answered. I regret not being able to work with them all.
Additionally, I need to praise Shawn the manager, as his staff is kind, knowledgeable, and the store is clean and well stocked. The fruits of management that is engaged and cares.”

“*update* I know my last review was kind of generic, but the real story comes to service. Yes, they have all the parts. Yes. they have all the little tools and big tools to get the job done. The main thing about this location of a nationwide company is the folks behind the counter. If I bring a piece of broken something, they will make sure I get a proper new piece. Dishwasher inlet valve? Yep. 1 1/4" p-trap? Yep Before my current paid task, I had these guys build me a "drip drum" and the product was better than OEM. The service at this location meets what I expect and I am in the customer service industry to say the least”
