“We have been with this company for about eight years. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, offering high-quality products and top-notch service. Today, Alex came on site to fix a printing error we were experiencing. He arrived within 30 minutes of our call and greeted us with a huge smile. He patiently answered all of our questions and provided hands-on assistance. It was evident that he enjoys his job very much. We highly recommend Alex their services!”

“I bought a beautiful office chair for $300 fifteen years ago. It finally wore out this year and I passed it along to a street corner. I wish I was still in Omaha as I would buy from them anytime! Great products, people & service...”

“I was looking for an office chair and ended up at HiTouch. (Payless) Walked in and TJ Matgen was so friendly, even though they no longer had a show room, he let me try some different chairs and talked to me about all of the pros and cons of each chair. He could have just told me that he could not help me, but he spent time talking to me about chairs, his customer service and friendliness is outstanding! It is so rare anymore to find someone that will just help you .. TJ did just that!”

3167 Spaulding St, Omaha NE 68111
“TRUCKER DIRECTIONS: Come in from 30th street onto Spaulding Street. Go south on John A Creighton Blvd. Then go east on manderson Street as if you're going back to 30th. When you straighten out your truck and trailer you them back across the street to the dock all the way in the back by the dumpsters. The dock is shaped weirdly so it will be tough to dock correctly on your first try.”

“Office Interior and Design has been a solid partner over the past 6 years of doing business with them. They have provided prompt, courteous service with a very knowledgeable and creative staff when designing and furnishing my multiple locations in healthcare. They offer many brands. I have used their Teknion line of office furniture. It looks great, has been very durable over the years and has not become “outdated” in its appearance. Sara Downes has been a very good contact I have worked with. They have a great showroom in the downtown Omaha “Flatiron District” on 19th and St. Mary’s Ave.”

“CT and his staff are amazing. Brian is always friendly and greets me by name. I own a business that uses many of the supplies they have here, and I choose to shop here over ordering online because of the excellent customer service. Very professional and welcoming. Great job, folks.”

“This team did a great job. My store needed multiple items to become operational. They had almost everything but the desk. They not only located one but had the manager of that store drive it (from Lincoln) to this location and the store manager (from my local location) then delivered it to my store. Amazing work. Thank you!”

“Great service. I have an HP laser printer I got from a box store. When I needed toner I talked with Tom. The prices were fair and they will maintain my printer for free (labor free, must pay for any parts needed) as long as I by the toner through them even though I didn't buy the printer from them.Great Job. Will Recommend”

“The business upon being notified of the defect from one of their suppliers refunded my purchase price. I would recommend this business. If you question why after the previous review, they have business ethics which in today's world speaks volumes.”
