No surprises, just straightforward and honest communication. One thing that really stood out was how responsive she is. If she says she’ll follow up, she does. (Payless) Walked in and TJ Matgen was so friendly, even though they no longer had a show room, he let me try some different chairs and talked to me about all of the pros and cons of each chair. He could have just told me that he could not help me, but he spent time talking to me about chairs, his customer service and friendliness is outstanding!It is so rare anymore to find someone that will just help you .. “OFI Rocked our move! We moved 20 years of stuff from 5000 to 7000 square feet, up a flight of stairs. They moved furniture, TV's and Large white boards. They reassembled the furniture and mounted the white boards. I 100% recommend OSI for your next move.”
