I have been going here for a couple of years. The doctor is nice, but can be a little chatty, which is a problem since I work during the day. You show up and it takes them about 10 minutes before they take you back for the pre-screening, even when you are the first patient of the day. I ordered glasses, it has been a month and still no glasses. It wasn't until I really pushed, this being my 3rd call, they called the lab and they said there was an issue along the way and had to start over. Poor communication and lack of concern that people work during the day and need to get back to work. I will have to reconsider if I continue to go here or if I move to a new place.

Waited 50 minutes, no update on the wait, then left. Terrible! Meanwhile the receptionist is blabbering for 30 minutes about the pizza she is going to order. SHOCKER: NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR PIZZA!

Called and got an exam on the same day. Quick, clean and friendly exam. When I came in for my contact follow up, I had SUPERB service and decided to get glasses. It was a no pressure sale and was seamless. So much so, I took my wife in the next day to purchase a new pair.

I made an appointment I have United healthcare through Nebraska Medicaid their website says they accept both United healthcare and Nebraska Medicaid. So I show up to my appointment only to find out that they actually don’t except united healthcare plans through Nebraska Medicaid. I was turned away which shocks me The young lady at the front desk didn’t even try to sell me on any kind of deals that they had going on any promotions maybe for an eye exam, eye glasses nothing I was just told to go elsewhere. Of course this infuriated me because I am a stay at home mom and I had to bring my one-year-old with me because I couldn’t find anyone to watch her for the appointment. So I had to lug my one year-old and myself out in the cold just to be turned away.

Terrible experience. Office "forgot" to order my contact lenses. Then the receptionist was rude about it and had zero sense of urgency. When I asked for her name she hung up the phone on me. I had to call the Bellevue location just to order my contacts since this office is too incompetent to do so. Don't waste your time or money!!! After this, I'll happily return to walmart.
