“Take my doggo here for dog wash. Love the staff. He even allowed a nail trim! Staff so understanding and creative working with a nervous dog. Love the variety of natural treats. They even have a scale to make sure your doggo is maintaining healthy weight.So much easier than cleaning my home tub.”
“We took my cat Cleo here for a wash and nail trim after she played in our fireplace. She had quite a bit of soot on her but they were able to get almost all of it off apart from a bit of staining. The groomer was very kind in explaining everything and I could tell Cleo was very well taken care of. We will definitely be returning.”

“I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. One of my dogs is an all white pitty. She's literally allergic to everything. Including this flea treatment. However, it works amazingly well for my other animals. It would be great if I didn't have to spend $90 on a flea collar, every 8 months ( s e r e s t o), for my Lily. But it's the only thing that works for her. My other dog and 2 cats have never had a flea on them using Petfriendly!! Saves a lot of money!!”
“Wonderful product! My dog Maggie recognizes the container when we open the freezer and will sit by the freezer wagging her tail WAITING for her treat. It's the only treat she waits for and the CBD calming treats work great whenever she has anxiety.I highly recommend DogGurt to anyone who asks about treats in general or calming treats.”

“I’ve had the most amazing experience here! My boyfriend and I randomly walked in one day to buy some stuff, Justin then proceeded to hook us up with a super cool puppy kit, I genuinely think he was more excited to give us free stuff than we were to get free things. I’ve since sent 2 of my friends with puppies in and they’ve had wonderful experiences as well. Every time I’ve been in Justin has been absolutely wonderful, and is very knowledgeable about every product in the store. If I could leave a higher review I absolutely would!”

“They have the special dog food my 15 yr old doxin needs. Other than the vet, they are the only ones to have something. ?
Update...kind of late...Not because of the store, but I had to lay my buddy and most dearest friend Oscar to rest 1 1/2 years ago. So we haven't needed any special dog food.
But PetSmart does have other items. I will add a photo of Oscar when I get a chance.”
“The fish and reptile set ups are absolutely stunning and this place has everything I ever would need for my reptiles. Their cork wood section had exactly what I needed and I will be shopping here for more stuff for my tank set ups. I love that the reptiles have pictures and you know what is in there and you can see they are well cared for. Definitely in my top 2 pet shops in Omaha and will always shop here. If I could set up a fish tank this place would run my wallet dry. Anyone looking to get fish or reptiles & supplies I will be recommending here :) Beautiful store!”

“We stopped in for the first time with our two Yorkie’s, Magnolia Mae and Elroy j. Boy did they ever like walking around the aisles smelling all those good things. Then they met Duncan and you would have thought he was a long lost relative. The were in heaven with their.new best bud. Then we met Ayla, who was Duncan’s owner but she also worked there. “Wag has been a life saver with my two cats who REFUSE to let us trim their nails at home. It's $15 a cat to get all four feet trimmed and they are so fast. My chill cat is out in 2 minutes and my squirmy one is out in 3. They've never hurt them or made their nails bleed or anything like that. $15 every few weeks is so worth the girls having soft feet and not having to go through the battle of trimming them at home. Also the staff is so kind. The person working the register every time I am there is so sweet and helpful. The groomer is gentle with them and takes great care of them. Aside from the general stress of taking my cats out of the house, they are treated great at Wag and the staff is calm and gentle and work to keep the cats safe and calm. They've also got a fun selection of toys, snacks, food, and accessories (if you're lucky enough to have a pet that will wear them ). I totally recommend and will continue bringing my girls here until they give me a reason not to (which I don't foresee). I cannot vouch for the other grooming they do because I've only had my cat's nails done, no other services yet.”

“Wow!! I can't say enough good things about this place!! My friends dog passed away and I wanted to send her some flowers and a treat for her other doggy who misses her sister. I called and asked if she could do me a huge favor and deliver the treats I ordered to the floral shop nearby so my friend could get it all at once. (I live in a different area) She was happy to do it for me!! Such a lovely lady!! She even threw in another treat from her pups!!! So sweet to help out so my friend could be cheered up a little bit in this difficult time. Thank you!!!”
