“I’ve seen a few negative reviews on here and I’d agree, the parking is awful. BUT the employees are quick, efficient, and helpful. There were 5 people in front of me and the nice gentleman at the counter got through everyone in about 10 minutes.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at USPS thanks to Chuck! He helped me renew my passport and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. He was extremely kind, patient, professional, and super helpful every step of the way. You can truly tell he cares about helping people. Amazing customer service like his is hard to find these days. Thank you again, Chuck, for being such an amazing person and making this experience such a positive one!”

“My only complaint is the parking lot bc it's not the easiest or most convenient to get in and out of. It's in one way and out the other, and when you're pulling out onto Saddlecreek, it can be difficult to see the oncoming cars bc they fly around the corner.”

“Ordered an item from Amazon. Tracking number indicates that this Bellevue, NE USPS office has had it since Dec 24 at 5:26am. Today is Jan 1, 2026. Even with the weekend and holiday this is unacceptable. I live 1 mile from the flipping post office.
EDIT: 1-2-2026. Change from 1 star to 4 stars. Went to the post office. Found out they have their own internal tracking that is not made available to the public. What we see only indicates a pre-shipping label was created, not that the actual item was received at the post office. Hence, my item is lost in transit somewhere, if it was even shipped at all. I'm docking 1 star because it would be nice if this info had been made to me and my tracking number updated instead of leaving me hanging since my last tracking update on Dec 24. Maybe it is for security reasons to stop thefts. Don't know.”

“Service at this location is wonderful! USPS closed & moved (remodeled to shipping center) the Papillion location on Adams to the La Vista location (7 miles away).Customer service there is horrible and I'm being kind !”

“keep up the good work, south omaha can be demanding, always very kind and courteous, been a costumer since 1976. I'd like to throw in a extra star for all the rude people I've personally seen you have to deal with, they need to double the price of stamps and Double your pay”

“I had a small package to mail today and swung in here to do that. Richard, Clerk 41, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was the only one working the counter when I walked in. I only had to wait for him to finish up with the customer he was currently assisting and BAM! just like that it was my turn. Richard seemed to be genuinely happy providing incredible customer service. He made my day!”

“I was at this location at 2:20 today. There were a few customers ahead of me, all with loads of things to send out. The gentleman at the window was extremely pleasant with everyone, getting their needs taken care of with a perfect combination of speed and kindness. While working, he told a gentle joke to each person, never failing to smile. It seemed like he was in his happy place.

For as long as the line was, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I was impressed with the speed of the gentlemen, his attitude, and they had exactly the stamps I was hoping to get. Very pleased with this location and employee.”

“They are great. Everytime I have had an issue (package that I dropped off that was not scanned in, holding mail) the post office manager and employees were very helpful.”

“It's a friendly place and it's nice to have a post office in town. However, I do have one complaint and that's the outside mailbox. The box used to be on the corner of the building next to the pole there. It was easy to put your mail in that mailbox but where it is now is a disaster. I almost ruined my car two years ago because when you use the driveway on the north side then turn left toward the mail box. The driveway is uneven and when it snows you cannot see where the drive drops off. I was lucky I didn't damage my car. I would suggest moving the mailbox back to its former position at the south end of the building by the pole. God bless.”

“Considering the amount of traffic the USPS employees see on a daily basis... I have nothing but gratitude for Tim, Terri, Frank and the other employees that are working in the back. (That we don't see) So many people are so quick to get upset over such trivial situations that they've had with the USPS, and it makes me sick!!! Try putting yourselves in their shoes. I couldn't do what they do, or put up with all the ignorant customers they deal with EVERY DAY!!! If you're not happy with the USPS.... Go elsewhere. I'm thankful for the service provided, but more importantly. I appreciate the individuals providing the service!”

“My visits to the USPS office have been frequent, and I must say I've consistently been pleased with the warm and helpful nature of the staff. Their customer service has made my experiences there quite enjoyable.”

“If there are issues with the USPS staff, service etc you can blame your postmaster DeJoy. He has severely reduced staffing. In areas that require 6-8 people we now have only 2. Folks that are retiring he isn't replacing. Folks are working 12, 14 and 16 hour shifts to try and get the mail out. He isn't qualified for this position. He never worked at the usps. He's only in this position because he contributed hugely to the Trump campaign. Complain to your congress people & remove him. Otherwise this will continue until he completely destroys the USPS.”

“I just stopped in the Boys Town post office yesterday and as always all the employees were super pleasant and friendly. There was no line when I was in there but in the past the lines always run fast. There is something about this post office where everyone there employees and guests are almost always in a good mood maybe the clients understand the history and significance of Boys Town and feel something special being there, maybe.”

“Earlier today I went to the Post Office, and there was a guy named Chris who had a cool and amazing hairstyle. I loved his energy and enthusiasm. He was so upbeat and helpful that it completely changed the tone of my day. You don’t expect to leave the Post Office with a smile, but thanks to Chris, I did. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping people. I can 100% say he made my day!! Give that man a raise . He's a gem! ?”

“I was a little skeptical because of the reviews but my experience wasn’t bad. Had to wait on a dock for about 30 minutes and got me unloaded in a hour. They took longer to load my trailer in St. Louis. All in all it went smooth.”

“Staff here are always friendly, efficient and helpful. I always feel myself to be a valued customer. On other visits, I've observed staff to patiently answer questions about services and pricing.”
