Super easy and fast Amazon return process. I didn't need to box my item, and I was in and out in less than two minutes. The staff was very nice and polite.

Fed ex had no clue what they were doing. Said they couldn’t ship a package to China. The Indian or Pakistani fellow at UPS knew exactly what to do and helped me while multi tasking with several other people. Did awesome, thanks guys.
