“Fed ex had no clue what they were doing. Said they couldn’t ship a package to China. The Indian or Pakistani fellow at UPS knew exactly what to do and helped me while multi tasking with several other people. Did awesome, thanks guys.”
“The young man who works there did a notary for me and shipped off the paperwork that needed to be shipped. He's really efficient and knows his job really well. He helped me the last time i was here and it couldn't of went any better. Great experience thanks to your employees.”

“Notary service was top notch! We had an out of state home sale that needed to get paper notarized and sent out and they were able to handle the job onsite same day!”
“I made the mistake of coming in on the wrong day for a fingerprinting appointment, but they were kind enough to still get me in the day I came in. Just would recommend a sign out front.”
“I was out running errands, and I googled where the closest Post Office and UPS stores were and Mail Depot happened to be just 2 mins away from my location. It was soooo easy to mail all of my packages here in one place, even though they were all with different carriers. I will definitely be coming back. The friendliness and customer service was top notch! I am just sorry.I didn't find this place sooner!”
“My online order for my wedding programs didn’t go through so they weren’t ready or even known of when I got to the store to pick them up the day before my wedding. The workers helped me get them printed in the next hour and they killed it! They also dropped the price a bit for me and it were just so kind!”
“Angie provided top-notch service you just don’t see much anymore these days. I was in a pinch trying to get documents to a local resident who doesn’t use computers, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. She quickly came up with a solution that could have otherwise been difficult to navigate.
5 stars and two thumbs up!! Thank you for the awesome service today, Angie!”

“Occasionally you are greeted by a rude employee, but they alwget the job done and I never worry about my packages. This is a very busy store and can get crazy, but I am always confident in the service they provide.”

“Went to the store for the first time to mail a pre-labeled package through ebay. Another first.
This young man was so polite and patient and really helped me. Definitely went above and beyond to make my experience smooth! I'm sorry can't remember his name.
This was about 3:30 when we were there.
Will be my go to store!”
