“Joe and Chandler are fantastic. Matt and Ann the property manager doesn't care about the tenants. All they care about is filling their is filling the apartments at there employees expenses. And blame them and the tenants for a bad survey or reviews.”

“Ashbrook's location in SE Lincoln is perfect! The apartments are very well built and maintained. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it is quiet here. The pool is open longer than most apartments and the cabanas are very nice! They allow pets and the dog park helps you relax after a long day. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel like they really listen to me and care about my standard of living here. The other tenants are great!”

“Moving in was ok. Management here at Williamsburg Park were very helpful. The apartment needed extra attention. The kitchen appliances and washer and dryer are out dated and could be updated. They do still work.”

“As the daughter of one of their contractors, I've known of Chateau since I was a little kid! I have nothing but good memories of their team members and campuses over the years.Now, as a tenant, I can confidently say that Chateau has provided my best rental experience to date! The leasing team is extremely polite, friendly and addresses all concerns/issues promptly! Maintenance has also been wonderful at fixing things in a super timely manner. I had one issue that was completely fixed within just a few hours of discussing it with the office staff!! Of course, if something happens over the weekend or after hours, you may have to wait a little while, but that's the same everywhere... The staff deserve time off and have a life outside of work too!The buildings/units themselves are a bit older at the Vine Street campus, but that is to be expected considering the area, and I like their charm! The grounds are well taken care of with large/mature trees and plenty of open grassy areas. As a dog owner, being close to Mopac Trail and Bethany Park is also a huge plus! Another part of Chateau's appeal is their very low deposit and monthly fee for pets.If you're looking for something more state of the art with high end finishes, check out their new campus on Yankee Hill!! Their Holmes Lake campus is also great!Regardless of the location you choose, you can't go wrong with Chateau! They are locally owned and managed, and take extreme pride in their business. 10/10 recommend! Come be my neighbor :)”

“I lived at Sunridge Apartments for 3 years prior to purchasing a home. I moved back into Sunridge Apartments six years later, after selling my home. I have been here for an additional 3 years, and counting.

The apartments are spacious, with a few different floorplans. They are a great value for the size. Garage spaces are also available, though there can be a waiting list. Units have washer/dryer hookups so you can connect your own waher/dryer in your apartment. Coin operated washers and dryers are also available in each building. The property (building's and premises) is well maintained. I have only had to request maintenance a couple of times, and each time, the repairs were completed very promptly.

I'm happy here and have no intention of moving until I purchase another home.

“I like the apartment quality for price and management. They fix things basically immediately when asked which is nice. Not happy with the amount of people in this apartment community who don’t leash their dogs when outside or don’t have good control over their dogs it puts my dog and other dogs at risk. That’s really my only complaint.”

“I have a decent sized one bedroom apartment for 889 a month (around 947 with my pet fee) and once you get all the down payments and deposits done it's a pretty nice place. The management I've had contact with seem pretty chill and maintenence requests happen quickly and are done to my satisfaction. I have some bugs but I'm on the ground floor so it's about as many bugs as you'd expect living in a basement, but I haven't seen too many since they'd come and sprayed. The way the rent works is pretty nice too since you can pay on an app and store money away in an account so you can split it between two paychecks throughout the month. My utilities have been pretty low too with my gas at around 49 to 56 and electric consistently 50 to 56. Took a swim in the pool and it was nice, overall a nice and convenient place :]”

“After extensive research and multiple inquiries into student housing options in Lincoln, NE we found Latitude Apartments.
They had everything we were looking for... beautifully furnished apartments with a variety of floor plans; amenities that make student life easier, such as apartment washers/dryers and an onsite parking garage. They have lots of common spaces and offer planned activities to facilitate social interaction.

Most importantly, however, the staff at Latitude are friendly and provide excellent customer service! Ava (and her staff) answered all of our many questions and assisted us in completing the necessary paperwork. She made us feel welcome and valued. Thank you!”

While we were looking to get out of a mice infested apartment in east Lincoln, he was so helpful in giving us options with transparent pricing and information. We had seen so many properties by this point that we were losing hope. Zander reaffirmed that we will find that "right fit" for us.
