“This Branch was closed for a few months, and the UBT business website or App wasn’t working either for several days. It was Not a good situation to say the lease. However now that they are open and they have contacted me and their customer service has always been top-notch thank you for reaching out to me and making sure I am and continue to be a satisfied customer.”

I was really anxious about making a payment for something, but Austin walked me through it step by step over the phone and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of. “I would say that Union Bank and trust has some issues just like any bank but they do very well for a small Bank and usually the people that work there are always super nice and friendly and courteous. I have had only positive experiences for the most part. Had one incident where I went to drive through on r street and 17th and the lady was not super happy with life and the drive-thru was packed with people and I needed to get statements, so finally we got it but it took a little bit of pulling and tugging but at the end she was very nice and then gave my dog a treat.”

“I switched to UBT after being with Wells Fargo for over 30 yrs (among all of the name changes it took to be known as Wells Fargo that is!) I always just thought that’s how things were & banks merge & corporate takes over everything….. UNTIL I REALIZED that UBT is a LOCAL bank & the people are personal & I don’t feel like just another person that stood in line for over 20 min to be helped. Honestly I had no idea how to respond when I first started banking here - but i know I will never not bank here. I really don’t have words to explain the difference. I just know the difference is beyond words.”

She was very knowledgable and helpful providing me with information about the Access CD (which I had not heard of). I went in not sure what I wanted to do and she had all the information I needed to determine which CDs to purchase and how long I wanted to tie it up. I really liked the idea of the access CD to keep enough money accessible if my circumstances changed. Bright young woman.”
“I had an unauthorized purchase through my card. I called my UBT bank they assisted me and helped me with the issue at hand that someone else was using my card. I came to Fallbrook bank and they helped me redistribute back the money that was lost that I needed for my rent and insurance and to pay back my siblings. I'm very grateful and thank you. “If the manager name is Mike Ternus, I want to let you know that he is great, a teller from other branch made a mistake, it’s ok everybody we made mistakes, but mistake ?I called wrong branch and Mike answered my phone call and he offered himself to see if he can help, he tried or probably still trying but he was very professional…I want said thanks Mr Mike Ternus at least you tried and offered helped me, now I gotta wait a week for wait my own money.”
“The zoo outside was amazing and almost like a paradise. I do not know how Mr. Money could get 2 tickets because I was not even able to afford 1. There were so many plants, animals, and minerals inside cages, and on stages that I almost thought I was going to have to drive up the wall. Luckily, the chain link did not break, so I was able to pass through the lions den before I met a sapara who was amazing. When I reached my destination, the Officer of Banking Relationships was there to meet and welcome customers and clients alike in the lobby, being also knowledgeable, professional, and courteous to all walks of life's problems. When conducting our business, the branch teller was exceptionally bright and dexterous. In effect, she was able to meet my clerical banking check transaction seemlessly and efficiently, leaving me to tender the things I love! The only thing I did have to look out for was that slithering serpent right outside the gate. It came right up from behind and almost got me! Thankfully, someone was in the watchtower to sound the alarm and alert me.

We accidentally left a document on the counter and after we left, Zack found our number and called us to tell us what we had done. I commend him for doing so instead of just disregarding it.
Then, Raini Pederson provided excellent service as well. When I called the branch from north of Omaha, she took the ititative to go above and beyond. She was able to work with her manager to make an exception to standard operating policy because she took our relationship with USB professionally. I received the document in the mail today and I wanted to share my experience and THANKS.
