Overall, all the bankers/tellers give excellent customer service. Union Bank & Trust offer a wide variety of banking services for personal accounts. They have a great feature to protect your debit card by freezing it. The bank has the most trusted security measures in place but not so you cannot access your account. They go out of their way to help and provide the best experience.
Ava and Jenny went above and beyond with their customer service. I will only use this branch location for all my in person banking needs. Everyone at this location is super friendly and helpful❤️
