“I love this book store!! Everytime I'm downtown, I like to stop in. They have a huge selection of books, and the store itself is lowkey magical, the way its gathered such a massive selection. I think its best to go in just to get what you can find, rather than trying to find a piece in here. The books are decently priced, around 4-7 dollars for most.They're in great condition, and one's that are slightly damaged get sold for even cheaper. I got an amazing hardcover, gold-foil page copy of Arabian Nights for 18 dollars! I also have to mention the cute little dog that you'll find loving to mosey around. Stop in, Give the dog a pet, buy books!”
“My partner and I stopped in here this past Saturday on our “local bookstore tour date.” It was absolutely delightful. The feeling in the shop was nothing short of a nostalgic experience. They were even raising funds for another local nonprofit.
We had a wonderful authentic conversation with the owner, who filled us in on the upcoming events. How exciting!
We also just had to start a book collection for our future grandchildren (starting with this shop) because they had Goodnight Moon in hardback!

“I haven't bought a book in ages because I visit my local library once a week but I bought one. I do believe it was overpriced but it's a beautiful book. I also brought 4 young kids in here with me ages 10 to 1 and they sniffed out the toy section. No one yelled at us or gave us the side eye because they did get a little excited which always increases their noise level.”

Great place to go for Christian gifts, books, children's items, and veggie food. The staff is very friendly and helpful when I needed to purchase a cross necklace for a baptism gift!”

“We loved A Novel Idea!! They had a great selection of reasonably priced books, an upstairs and downstairs area, two cats, stickers, pins, blind dates with a book, an excellent poetry collection, art--just about everything you could want in a bookstore. The workers were so sweet and I spent hours just walking around.”
