Moving in was ok. Management here at Williamsburg Park were very helpful. The apartment needed extra attention. The kitchen appliances and washer and dryer are out dated and could be updated. They do still work.

The apartment is clean, relatively soundproof, and dry. When we need routine maintenance, service is quick and very satisfactory. JSM
