The rooms are well kept and renovated, with comfortable beds and ample hot water. Many guests find the location very convenient, being close to the campus, stadium, food, and shopping. It is also near the expressway exit, making it very convenient for road trip travelers. The hotel provides a breakfast included in your stay, which offers a nice variety of items like sausage, eggs, and waffles; some found it better than expected, though others noted it could be small. The property is on a quiet preserve wetland. While most experiences are outstanding, some rooms may have minor maintenance issues. Overall, it is a very reasonable and impressive place to stay, with many guests recommending it and planning to return.

We've enjoyed our stay here & keep coming back. They offer good service, clean rooms, & breakfast is included in your stay. BTW: their breakfast offers a nice variety of items. It was very appreciated & enjoyed.

Simple. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. What more could you need? Breakfast was better than expected with sausage, eggs, waffles and a variety of other options. Great little spot to overnight.
