The staff is professional, informative, thorough and kind. The building is easy to access. I only used their services for less than a month but if I need storage solutions in the future, Diamond Self Storage will be my first option.

Young lady helping me was awesome! Not being able to access my unit 24/7 is my only issue.

The lady working was great. We had a problem returning the truck from out of state and she fixed everything. We had been told it would be another $240 and she fixed it so it cost me only 9+ some change. We also needed a larger storage then we originally thought and she came out on a Sunday to help us find one that worked.
