Famous Footwear has amazing shoes and great deals. The people are nice and the store is well maintained and clean. However, there can be issues with unlocking the doors during business hours and confusion with sale items. The employees are helpful, especially with specific needs, and provide a pleasant shopping experience. Overall, it is an easy store to shop at with nice staff.
My daughter worked here and that is what started my addiction with this place.. the shoes are amazing the deals are amazing and the people are so nice even though my kid doesn't work there anymore.

It's a very easy shoe store to shop at but I had to go there 3 times before there was someone to unlock the doors during business hours.

Great deals. The sale sign wasn't clear. I thought a pair of shoes was on sale behind the (For Sale sign) but they weren't, because they didn't have a red sticker on the box...Very confusing with sale items
