Goodwill Thrift Store & Donation Center is a large and clean store with lots of options, where many customers find a good selection of items, including appliances and parts. The store is frequently visited and a primary source for clothing and other goods. However, several common criticisms are noted. The store has no dressing rooms, forcing customers to try items on in the aisles. There is also no refund policy, only an option to exchange items, which many find unsatisfactory. Pricing is a frequent concern, with customers feeling items, especially specific appliances like vacuums, are often overpriced for their condition, sometimes bearing "may not work" stickers. Some note a slow but steady increase in prices overall. Organization within the store can be difficult, as clothes are organized by color rather than size, and the plus-size section is described as limited. Finding the specific colored tags that are on sale on a given day can also be challenging. While these factors are drawbacks, many acknowledge it remains a preferable alternative to buying new, offering used items in good condition at lower prices than retail stores.
Average Goodwill. I didn’t care much for the profanity laced tirade some “37 year old” (as he mentioned several times) employee in the back room went on. He was literally screaming for the entire store to hear.

good for buying work clothes and old tech. but I gotta say the organization is awful.

Use to be a good store for the less fortunate to purchase things like clothes. Now, either an employee or resellers leave nothing of any real quality for purchase. The resellers line up outside to buy everything up. It's gross, really, but capitalism over everything else, right?
