“My 21-year-old refrigerator finally gave me reason to have it replaced. I hate shopping for appliances. Schaefers has been a go to for me on new appliances and entertainment equipment. I called and spoke to a salesman "Kevin" I gave him the make and model and price range. He looked it up found another the same size making a recommendation. I looked at it online gave him my credit card. They delivered three days later taking my old one. Wow, perfect. No stress and I like it just fine. I'll give you a call in another 20 years when it needs replaced.”
“They usually have everything that I'm looking for. If I have questions about my project, there is most likely someone with has an answer. I utilize their rebate program and was pleased to see that it has been changed to allow up to a year to send in your receipts. That is proper customer service.”

“We frequent this Home Depot often but I have to write a review this time to thank Andy for all his help! My husband was shopping for the materials to make a floating shelf happen when Andy asked if we needed any help. He showed us multiple options within different price ranges which was already so helpful! We decided we are going to buy the materials later this week and continued shopping for the other things we came for. An hour later when we were checking out, Andy asked what we ended up going with. I told him we’re going to come back but we think we made a decision! Not only was he helpful in the aisle, but he was also so kind and caring to remember what we were looking at and following up with us. Thank you Andy!!”

“I recently moved into a new house and needed to do some painting so I decided to visit the Home Depot. When I walked in the door I was greet by a smiling employee which made me feel right at home. I went to the paint department and the young man working behind the counter immediately asked me if I needed any help. He helped me pick some colors and recommended the best products for the job. “Excellent customer service!! I purchased a TV in 2022, and they talked me into their extended warranty. When my TV quit working, I was worried I'd end up somehow paying for a new TV. To my surprise, the warranty process was smooth, rather quick, and I always had access to someone to answer my questions. These guys do a great job!”
