“The most knowledgeable staff in town when it comes to your pets. I get my dog food and my cat food from there and a lot of times I'll pick up a dog toy. I don't have any birds but that's okay because the selection is ginormous. They just opened up a new section and expanded.”
“Folks here are extremely friendly and helpful. You can tell they love their jobs and want the best for your pet. The store is well laid out, organized, and clean. They have me some free samples and advice on local grooming salons when I asked. Excited to go back!”

“This is a GREAT groomer. I had problems with one of my dogs being fearful at the other places. I went. Once I took both my dogs here. I've had no problems whatsoever. The groomer is really good at rescheduling as well.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I take my two dogs to The Pet Station regularly, and it’s hands-down one of the best self-serve dog wash options in Lincoln—especially if you have multiple dogs. The tubs are easy to use, the staff is always helpful, and there are tons of shampoo and grooming options (de-shedding, oatmeal, wipes, dryers, ramps—everything you need).
What really makes it worth it are the monthly deals, like half-off washes and discounted nail trims, which add up fast when you’re caring for more than one dog. Consistently great value and perfect for multi-dog households.”
“The fish for sale are well cared for. They were all active, their colors were bright, and they all exhibited normal behaviors. There are plenty of tanks to choose from, from 2 gallon all the way up to 200+. I highly recommend Fish World for fish enthusiasts.”
“I love the fish store. We have 8 aquariums and buy a lot of fish and shrimp from this store. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. I would highly recommend them.”
“I’ve been a regular customer here and usually have great experiences! I love the quality of food and the self-wash station. During a recent visit, I felt uncomfortable when an employee repeatedly questioned why I was using the wash station to clean my dog’s paws that were dirty with lake water. She also referred to it as ‘weird,’ even asking, ‘Why can’t you just do it at home?’ I was polite, asked permission first, and offered to use my own towel and pay, so the interaction felt unnecessarily judgmental. I still love the store overall, but wanted to share this feedback about that experience.”
“Would highly recommend. Had a situation and was informed of what bird seed to use. Very knowledgeable. Will use this small business for all my bird seed needs from now on.”
“Best service of any hardware store in town. I love this place, & the guys there are always really helpful, but don't hover. I'm not exactly what you'd call a handyman, but they never make me feel stupid. They have helpful advice, & I always try to patronize them over one of the big box stores like Home Depot when I can. When I had a key made, the manager did it himself. He was worried he didn't get it just right, so he gave me all 4 copies for the price of one. All 4 worked. They also offer more than you'd expect in the way of rentals. According to their website: Lawn and Garden Party Rental Wedding Rentals Construction Equipment Rentals Plumbing Hand and Power Tools Pumps and Generators Scaffolding and Lifts Tents Moving Supplies”
“After the worst experience ever at PetSmart north location, Riane and other members of the grooming/PetCo team provided the absolute BEST experience! It was complete night and day! Everyone was happy to be there, happy to do their jobs, no negative energy or bashing fellow coworkers like I encountered at PetSmart. Thank goodness for PetCo! I trust them with Lex completely and Riane did an EXCEPTIONAL job with grooming him. Thank you all so much!! ?”

“We have had Brianna groom our dog for a few years now. She does a great job and is always attentive to Coco, she is a nervous dog, they are always very kind to her.”
“Petsmart is just another Petco. Only use it when I gotta. I always see dead fish there which bothers me big time as I am an aquarium enthusiast. Sorry Petsmart. Yall need to up your game!”
“Sad to see them closing and rebranding to a corporate owned true value, there's not enough franchise mom and pop hardware stores around anymore, that being said, has most of the staff is sticking around. I'm sure the service in the atmosphere won't change too much, and they'll continue to provide the same amazing service that they have since opening this location”

“I enjoy petco for their variety. The pets do seem to always look pretty neglected and malnourished and I almost always see dead fish. Aquariums are my passion, so thats a huge turn off for me. I tend to only buy here if absolutely necessary. Sorry petco.”

“I buy aquarium stuff for a 90g, 29g and 29g saltwater. The guys in the fish department do an excellent job. Talk to Billy, Carlos or Jacob and they will help you. The tanks are very clean, dead fish are removed quickly and I have not had a problem with their water getting into mine. I also trust that the animals I buy are in good condition coming from this store.”
“Finally!!! I been hunting puppies for over a month and everywhere/everyone has nothing available. I've been calling here once a week and they have had a shortage due to CV 19 and everyone is adopting puppies while they are home. I'm concerned about what happens after everyone goes back to work.Anyways, we'd lost our fur baby of 13 years. So on spur of the moment today I stopped in. There was a nice selection and we now have 2 new babies. Yes, this will be their forever home until God calls them home. Hopefully 12-20 years from now. They were clean, playful and staff were very patient with me.( I had to play with them all). **They have a play donation jar, if you want to go play with them, to help cover misc costs** I didn't know that you could just go to play if you need a quick puppy fix. Love the idea. They also loaned me a carrier (I have several) which we are taking back tomorrow. I really didn't plan on stopping in, so hadn't brought any.Thank you ladies ❤️I would recommend using the play option if you aren't ABSOLUTELY sure you can keep your babies when going back to work/school.!!!!13 years ago I also had gotten my baby from here. It was in excellent health and problems developed later in life were not a result of puppy mill breeding. We did try all rescue places in 3 states to no avail. All that was available were large dogs, even up to 8 years old.”

“I much prefer PetSmart over Petco. Always have. Their prices are lower on some items and their app rewards is well worth it. You save money on treats for your dog, whereas, Petco is more on health points, which is great if they are your animals' go to for their healthcare.”
“I appreciate their chicken selection, though it can be lackluster at times. The six chicken minimum (not sure if it is still around) is difficult for those who live in city limits, almost forcing them to go to another store which is unfortunate. For those who do not live in the city, this is not an issue. No issues with chicks from this location dying, which has happened with other chicks. So overall great stop. Wish they carried bantams more frequently.”
“We've been seeing Trevor for the last 6 weeks for private lessons for our mini poodle. We've seen a lot of progress with Roxie! She's a better listener and walks on a leash without pulling. We've learned how to train her properly and that's made all the difference. The store is stocked well with quality products and great prices.”
