“Cute location but i do have to say they need a mini revamp.
Breakfast is delicious. Always have water and fruit out. The fitness center is small but good enough the location is great
But.. the walls are paper thin i can hear the man upstairs snoring. The pillows are still Feather pillows flat and they stick you with the ends of the feathers. And the towels are like sand paper and i did get a set that had brown stains on them. Id give 5 stars if it wasn't for this.”
“One night stay while visiting family. Very clean hotel - lobby, breakfast area, room, bathroom, pool/hot tub area. Pleasant, helpful front desk staff. Good breakfast with attentive breakfast staff. My only suggestions are that bed pillows need an upgrade and need regular black or earl gray tea in room, instead of all chamomile. Definitely would stay again.”

“I have been to this location twice. The rooms are Embassy suite rooms. I like them. Room service for the restaurant was not available both times. I had the same lady check me in both times, and she seemed bothered by my presence. The check out service was fine. You have to pay to park here, so that's unfortunate. I have to come to this location when I travel for business due to my company restrictions. If it weren't for that, I would go elsewhere just to try.

“Great hotel! Have stayed at many hotels, many of them Hampton Inns. Woman at sercive desk was friendly and welcoming and gave a nice little welcome packet including dog treats for our pup! Room was very clean, very large (studio king), and very well appointed with all the necessities. If I ever come back to Lincoln would definitely stay here again!”

“I stay in Lincoln often for Businesss and have stayed at this hotel several times. Always clean, well managed and nice amenities. The only downside is the lack of decent coffee. Every morning I feel I need to drive down the street to get a decent cup of coffee not from an instant coffee machine.”
“We stayed here on our move from the east coast to Colorado. What a find! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The bellhop at the front door helped us from the moment we stepped out of our car and the front desk attendant was very friendly. Rooms are clean, modern and the bed was VERY comfortable.
We ate at the restaurant and had breakfast at the coffee shop - everything was delicious and the wait staff were nothing short of amazing.
My favorite part of the whole experience was the hotel vibe and decor. So many cool photos and interesting Nebraska themed little objects. So cool!
Would come back to Lincoln just to stay here.”

“Very nice hotel! Overall had a great stay! I was there with my team for competition and we had a blast in the pool! Currently there is renovations happening in the breakfast area but the hotel was very kind to let the team use the hotel meeting room to eat in! The only reason this isn't 5 stars is cause the shower made a weird screaming noise when used but otherwise perfect service and a nice place to sleep!”

Our stay was interrupted by multiple maintenance issues, air conditioning, electrical, etc. The staff there did a fantastic job quickly addressing the problems and getting our room fixed up for our stay. They were professional and courteous. Ana the front desk clerk and Johnny the very polite and energetic maintenance man were both over the top helpful.”

“I wish all hotel chains were like this. Everything about the experience was outstanding (breakfast was a bit sparse, but that doesn’t matter to me as much). Clean, well kept, comfortable, ample, great mattress, quiet location. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and considerate at 1am when we arrived, automatically making sure that we got the quietest room in the position that best suited our needs (things I usually have to specifically request). That level of care at 1am from someone who is doing a 12 hour overnight shift is rare. The windows opened on the second floor for fresh air, which we didn’t even really need as it was the best smelling chain hotel room I’ve ever had. I don’t know what they’re using to clean but it seemed natural, sort of like a pine forest feel. We got a discounted queen suite which was well laid out, ample hot water, towels etc. We were beyond impressed with the experience and are very sad that these hotels aren’t available outside of Nebraska. I would never stay anywhere else!”

“Excellent customer service and exceptional care - even more than our usually pleasant experiences with other Holiday Inn Express stays. Kind, clear, and professional communication over the phone, and at the reception desk upon arrival. Matthew and Mark helped us reserve and check in, and Mark exemplifies the kind of service you'd dream of - even offering to monitor the parking lot for security and also to make sure no one left their headlights or interior lights on.
Our suite was roomy and very clean - and the most comfortable king beds we have had in the last week.
Breakfast had a great variety of food offerings and the manager was keeping up with the demands for pancakes, omelettes, sausage, cinnamon rolls, etc. There were bagels and cream cheese, jam, oatmeal, and hard boiled eggs, as well as Oikos yogurt and real juices like orange, cranberry, and passion fruit. Muffins, cereal, and on demand coffee that grinds and brews individual cups for freshness.
Zero complaints. We generally choose HIE, but this was especially pleasant! Great job at this location, Lincoln South!”

“We stopped here on our way traveling through the area. It is fun to stay at a place that isnt cookie cutter like other hotels. The location is great. It's within walking distance to many places to eat and was not far off the interstate. We even had a view of the stadium from our room. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable.”

“Stayed for 5 nights and checked out 2/3/26. Clean, comfortable, and courteous staff. Safe area of town. Gas station and McDonald's nearby as well as close to the airport and National Guard. Very compassionate family run hotel. Complimentary breakfast 06:00-09:00. Available washer and dryer as well. I felt at home and loved for the brief moment I was here. Very grateful for this experience.

“The rates were on the lower end of the spectrum. $75 a night including taxes. The room was much nicer than I expected. It was clean. I felt safe during my overnight stay. I didn't try any room ammenties.
Although it was difficult for me to find using Google maps, it was well worth the extra driving to get there.
The reason I didn't give it all 5's was the fact it was hard to find.
If you're looking for a reasonably priced room that is clean, has a quiet atmosphere, and plenty of parking this is it. There is a bar and grill next door, but if you don't want to spend $20 on a burger, other food places are scarce.”
“Iris is amazing. We stop here cause we have a 40ft trailer and we want to see our family while we here. She takes care of us! The rooms are clean, bed and pillows are comfy! We get a kitchen, and they provide pans etc!

“I was out of a ride couldn't get back to where I needed to go I was staying at the sheriff's day Motel I had paid my way through it and I asked I don't know if I can leave my stuff p at the motel for the until I can come back he said absolutely everything will be fine I called him up and told him I was on my way when I get there all my stuff was gone I had a lot of expensive stuff but either or it was mine he said it was okay so I lost it all I asked him if he would look on the cameras so I can find out who took my stuff he said that they didn't work put all the time I was there they worked fine because I seen them on the monitor every time I go to the front desk so there you go at $120 a night and a word of the owner not the management I would have thought my stuff was safe but it was not it was gone when I got there and I was even early so you tell me do you think the place is worth $120 a night? Especially paying $120 a night you would think everything would be safe including yourself”
