“Hotel is a bit hard to find but not terrible. Service was excellent. Had a couple of small issues with our room (no towels and no bedding for the sofa bed) but the front desk was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Hot tub and pool were nice but could use a bit more cleaning. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast and pretty decent.”
“Great hotel! Have stayed at many hotels, many of them Hampton Inns. Woman at sercive desk was friendly and welcoming and gave a nice little welcome packet including dog treats for our pup! Room was very clean, very large (studio king), and very well appointed with all the necessities. If I ever come back to Lincoln would definitely stay here again!”
“We stayed here on our move from the east coast to Colorado. What a find! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The bellhop at the front door helped us from the moment we stepped out of our car and the front desk attendant was very friendly. Rooms are clean, modern and the bed was VERY comfortable.
We ate at the restaurant and had breakfast at the coffee shop - everything was delicious and the wait staff were nothing short of amazing.
My favorite part of the whole experience was the hotel vibe and decor. So many cool photos and interesting Nebraska themed little objects. So cool!
Would come back to Lincoln just to stay here.”

Our stay was interrupted by multiple maintenance issues, air conditioning, electrical, etc. The staff there did a fantastic job quickly addressing the problems and getting our room fixed up for our stay. They were professional and courteous. Ana the front desk clerk and Johnny the very polite and energetic maintenance man were both over the top helpful.”

Room was clean, AC worked, breakfast was delightful, lobby was nicely kept. Kids loved the pool. All-in-all, a rather pleasant stay.

“Excellent customer service and exceptional care - even more than our usually pleasant experiences with other Holiday Inn Express stays. Kind, clear, and professional communication over the phone, and at the reception desk upon arrival. Matthew and Mark helped us reserve and check in, and Mark exemplifies the kind of service you'd dream of - even offering to monitor the parking lot for security and also to make sure no one left their headlights or interior lights on.
Our suite was roomy and very clean - and the most comfortable king beds we have had in the last week.
Breakfast had a great variety of food offerings and the manager was keeping up with the demands for pancakes, omelettes, sausage, cinnamon rolls, etc. There were bagels and cream cheese, jam, oatmeal, and hard boiled eggs, as well as Oikos yogurt and real juices like orange, cranberry, and passion fruit. Muffins, cereal, and on demand coffee that grinds and brews individual cups for freshness.
Zero complaints. We generally choose HIE, but this was especially pleasant! Great job at this location, Lincoln South!”

“I believe the folks that run this hotel are genuine good people, they seem very friendly and welcoming. Family ran. They have worked tirelessly to renovate, clean, organize the entire building to provide a large Metropolitan city vibe located in the heart of the city of Lincoln high above all the rest on prime estate with views of down town and easy accessibility to literally wherever both locals and travelers can use alike including the smoke shop and restaurants nest door attached to multiple gas stations slots down town and the like market places hardware and what have you”

“I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. Front staff very friendly and accommodating of my request for quiet room on first floor (no elevator). Room was very clean despite old water damage. Beds were comfortable. Everything in room worked well. Great price. Easy access to freeway but far enough not to be noisy. 4 miles from a great coffee shop, and a superb Afghan Village restaurant. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so pleasant. I will stay here again.”

Didnt do the breakfast, use the pool and anything else.Nearby activities: LA Paz, Patty's Pub and Cafe were all safe walking distance and good value. The mall is close by and walkable.”

“I was out of a ride couldn't get back to where I needed to go I was staying at the sheriff's day Motel I had paid my way through it and I asked I don't know if I can leave my stuff p at the motel for the until I can come back he said absolutely everything will be fine I called him up and told him I was on my way when I get there all my stuff was gone I had a lot of expensive stuff but either or it was mine he said it was okay so I lost it all I asked him if he would look on the cameras so I can find out who took my stuff he said that they didn't work put all the time I was there they worked fine because I seen them on the monitor every time I go to the front desk so there you go at $120 a night and a word of the owner not the management I would have thought my stuff was safe but it was not it was gone when I got there and I was even early so you tell me do you think the place is worth $120 a night? Especially paying $120 a night you would think everything would be safe including yourself”

“Great place to stay if you're a budget traveler like me! Only had issues with my room key a few times and front desk staff were super helpful. Other than that, I slept well and enjoyed a yummy breakfast (lots of options to mix and match)! Wasn't really noisy outside or in the building and all other guests were respectful. I'd stay here again, especially with how expensive hotels and even Airbnbs in Lincoln are!”

“This is a nice hotel! The rooms are spacious with fully equipped kitchens including real wine glasses ? There's a fire pit outside and basketball goal. This is in a very nice and safe area. We would definitely stay again.”
