It's fine if you're looking for a cheap overnight stay, but I wouldn't stay here longer than a night. There were often strong odors in the lobby and hallways, the staff were present but that's about it, and amenities and Continental breakfast were pretty sad.

Very comfortable budget hotel. Bed super soft and pillows very nice. Couch and sitting area very welcome after a long drive. Staff is nice and helpful. Outdoor sitting area. Right next to both a large HyVee grocery and organic market. Easy to get to downtown destinations. Would recommend and stay again.
