At first customer service wasn't all that then I went upstairs and the ladies up there were so gosh darn nice and helpful it was night and day from downstairs to upstairs

Able to find swim suits at a decent price but that's because they were on clearance. Very small number of fitting rooms. Very hot as if a/c isn't working properly.

I needed a specific length for curtain rods. Very helpful sales associate. I have never had a bad product from Penneys and shop in store and online.
