Laundry land is always clean, friendly and full of quarters in the quarter machine. The only thing that concerns me is the tree growing into the north side of the building which will cause structural problems.

Machines are a little annoying. The dryers require you to input all of the coins but don't count up (or down) until you've put all the coins in. Also, my clothes were still a bit damp after I pulled them out.
Make sure to bring cash/quarters !
