“I had initially posted a negative review on this site, which I’ve since edited. I ended up working with the owner, and she corrected the error. I think her employee was assuming I wanted the left sleeve shorter than the right, due my amputated wrist. It’s often people feel uncomfortable due to my disability; and it was noticeable that he was shaky when working with me. The owner ended up fixing my suit and did not charge me for the second alteration. It would have been wonderful if I could have received a credit for the original charge, just due to the error of having the right sleeve pressed (very noticeably) about two inches longer on one side than the other; unfortunately due to my busy schedule I had to take it out of the bag and put it on and go. That being said, I respect and support local businesses trying to survive in our current economical climate. I do wish them the best, and I appreciate them taking the time to correct the initial mistakes. I’ll continue to support this business. I should also mention that I appreciate the owner doing alterations on my garments; as it’s not as common of a service for cleaners to offer this, as it used to be. She did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Hanger Cleaners next to Lincoln High School.”

“My go to laundromat. Good prices and well maintained.Avoid weekends as it will be very packed and have a bunch of very loud kiddos.The cushioned seats are very stained and dirty, so avoid them.Owners are very nice.”

“Over all great experience! I used the xl dryers and put on high heat. It melted one of my mattress protectors but that's my fault. I would normally use high heat at home, but the xl dryers here get HOT! Hotter than normal! Just be careful! Only took 15 minutes for a full load to be dry.”

“Williams (and this specific location) remains the only place I get my clothes dry-cleaned. I was especially nervous this time because it was my wedding dress, but it got cleaned so well. My dress endured rain and mud on my wedding day (actually quite fun ?), but I got it back from Williams as if I had just bought it from the bridal store. Thankful for a job done well on such an important piece of clothing. ?”

“I love this place I take my laundry there but this day I was at work and my client had laundry to do I brought her there. The people who work at this one on 56th and Holdrege are very courteous and helpful people. They care about the people that come in there. They also keep it clean. I'm always going back only to that one.”

“When I moved here this was the 1st laundry spot that wasn't sketchy & then 2 yrs past and it became sketchy & crowded...I bought a washer/dryer. I went a few days ago, my dryer broke and I was pleasantly surprised. Christian rock was playing softly, there were only 3 other people there plus the attendant...it was clean, it smelled clean, the bathroom was clean...shocked. I love the atmosphere & Christine is friendly & happy & willing to help you.”

“Average laundromat. Machines take quarters, or there is an app to pay from your phone. There is also a case to quarters machine that take up to $20 bills and a soap machine. Wasn't too busy and felt safe.”
“So grateful for the awesome crew at Starcrest! Took some comforters in along with some sweaters on Monday. Got home, and realized our remote was missing, and I must have wrapped it up in the comforter and left it there...ugh. Didn't get a chance to call, but went in to pick up today, Thursday. I asked about it, but the crew working didn't think it had been found. Took my stuff home, and what was hanging in the sweaters? An envelope with our remote! Such a great surprise! I've gone here for years and have always been so impressed with their quality and attention to detail! Thank you!”
