Been a member for years and except for a $5 charge (due to inactivity) making my account delinquent, never had any problems. Even helped reverse a $35 charge-back fee I'd received in error- their system automatically re-enrolled me in Overdraft Protection.... Always helpful and great customer service! Thanks
