“I was fortunate enough to pull in for an oil change when no other customers were in line, so I had the full attention of three techs. They worked well together, double checking everything they did, which caught a situation where they discovered they had overfilled the oil by 1 pint. Once they removed the extra oil they had two techs wipe down all surfaces they touched and cashed me out promptly. Polite and friendly service.”

Than he wouldn't allow me to use the Jiffy lube coupon For my service. As a reviewer for businesses the Manager needs more customer service training I will not return there ever!!! People usually only use N St for oil changes, but a secret is having a diagnostic evaluation done elsewhere and have Pavel at N St, who is a wizard at repairing cars, fix your car for a fraction of the cost you will pay elsewhere. “This was my second visit to this location after I had not so great service elsewhere. They were kind and professional when I called, scheduled me in the next day(the day and time I specifically requested) and started on my car at the time of my appt. I didn’t have to sit while they finished up other jobs. While my car was being serviced, I had the opportunity to chat with the store supervisor. He is a Navy veteran and we talked about his time in the service amongst other things.Thank you for your service! Very personable and courteous. I will be back for future needs!”

“this location by 35th and old Cheney made my day, all the employees were very nice and honest! I took a used car from a dealership that I just bought and I didn't believe the dealership when they told me that an oil change was done so I took it to Valvoline so they can do it and the employee told me it's not necessary after checking the oil ( I didn't tell the employee that it was supposed to be done already by the dealership )”
