My check engine light was on and they diagnosed it and told me all about the problem and how it was common on my vehicle and described the symptoms of this problem I should be experiencing and they nailed it. Brandon took the time to explain it thoroughly and gave me my options. No pressure to do anything. No fear mongering just wanted to be honest. It’s an expensive issue and I’m not sure I’m going to get it taken care of right away (but I need to ahhhhh!) and I will definitely be having them do it!”
“Went there. They had the parts I needed to fix my mower. I went to four other places before discovering this place. I'm never going anywhere else again. And YouTube sucks. I tipped the mower the way the guy told me to on YouTube. All the oils spilled out of it. These guys were familiar with it. I was pretty worried that I really damaged something they said. Don't worry about it. Just change your oil. Everything went back together and I have discovered that my self-propelled mower was supposed to work 10 times better than it has been working, so that's a positive that the part broke to begin with.”

“I want to preface by saying that my overall experience is not done and will update.
Dropped my Freightliner cascadia off here around 4pm and was told they will probably get to it in the morning and send me estimate (they did seem extremely busy with a few current customers). I have to get the work done so if the earliest is tomorrow, then i guess it will have to be tomorrow. Had quite a few major expenses come up recently so just generally felt pretty down on my luck lately. This shop had emailed me an estimate within 2 hours of dropping off/ bringing in my truck... What a pleasant surprise! They were slammed and still had time to help me! That is world class service and worth every penny alone.”

“While moving across the country we hit some road debris that damaged a ride height sensor bracket. Car was driveable, but the bracket was left hanging inches off the ground. We pulled up to 24 Hour Auto Repair hoping they could remove the damaged part for us, and we feel really lucky we did.
Every staff member we spoke with was helpful. The woman staffing the counter clearly knew what the technicians had on their plate and was able to let us know what work was finishing up and when either a technician or the owner could come hear what we wanted done. And within a few short minutes, we had spoken with first a technician, and then the owner. Both men looked at the picture I had from under the car, listened well to what I was asking for, and assured me they could get the car up on a lift shortly. We were in and out of their shop within 40 minutes. The owner was kind enough y try o point out some play that was spotted with one of our ball joints, and even had us out to where the car was up on the lift to let us feel the play on that wheel for ourselves. While there we saw another technician was trimming back some of the plastic undertray that had also been damaged by the road debris - thoughtful help that we hadn’t even asked for. Finally, they checked fluid levels and topped up power steering fluid for us.
So within 40 minutes we interacted with 4 people, all of them kind, thoughtful and professional. Finding help traveling can be a hit-or-miss proposition, but everyone at 24 Hour Auto Repair went far beyond what we hoped for to help get us back on the road.
If I lived in the Lincoln area, they would be my auto shop. Everything from the comfortable waiting area to the ways every staff member interacted with us told me they are a great community resource.
