I wish I caught his name but a man with a hat on, tan pants, and I think a green shirt (possibly with black hair if I remember correctly) went above and beyond to help me and was able to resolve the issue! I went inside and Don was the most helpful person I have encountered in a very long while. He helped me get the payment and then sold me a stamp and it was on it's way! “Let me start with "I hate the post office" I hate going, I never remember how anything works, I usually get poor service from someone that appears to hate their job. NOT HERE! Every time I've been here I've been treated really well, greeted with a smile, and my questions were answered without attitude. As someone who hates dealing with the postal service generally, I appreciate the workers here for making my trips in friendly and even sharing a joke or two. Keep up the awesome work.”

“I was here today because I had a few things with a prepaid label. I have never mailed anything out with a prepaid label and was so confused. A very wonderful lady helped me and explained to me what to do. She took time to help me make sure all my packages were labeled right. A HUGE thank you to her, she definitely went above and beyond in helping me. I appreciate it 100%.”

“I am increasing my review a couple stars and will re-assess later. The staff there has gotten much friendlier and honestly, they are slammed and underfunded thanks to our current administration. I haven't had a single package lost since my previous negative review. This is back to being my go-to location to drop off mail. Just PLEASE make sure you have stuff already packaged, and ready to go with postage on it. This is not a full service location but rather a location to drop off already ready mail.”
