“I go to this post office probably once a week, all through the year, and I have never had anything but the best service. The clerks are really friendly people. It's true that it gets quite crowded sometimes and there might be only one clerk, but generally I find it pretty efficient. It beats any of the other post offices I've been to in Lincoln.”

He was patient, professional, and proactively answered my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. He also took the time to walk me through best practices I hadn't considered. On top of that, he let me know my mailers would be hitting the route tomorrow — that kind of heads-up means everything when you're a small business owner counting on results. In a world where good customer service is rare, Michael genuinely went above and beyond. Northview Annex is lucky to have him.”
