I've colored my hair red for years. Today's visit felt like I stepped onto a used car lot. I was questioned before I made it completely through the door. I was questioned about my selections at the register. I shouldn't feel pressured when shopping. If this is the new standard, I'll shop online.

I walked in gentleman asked what I was looking for. Walked me right to it. Gave me options and ideas of things to try but not in a pushy way more of a hey this might help. Great place to shop.
