Solid Rock Gymnastics is a great facility and one of the best in Lincoln. It is clean, well-run, and an excellent experience. The staff is amazingly friendly, very professional, and responsible. Coaches are the best experience coaches, great role models, and do amazing making sure each child is learning the appropriate skills. Your gymnast's wellbeing and safety are their number one priority. The small class size and one on one attention are highly recommended over any other gym in the area. Communication is very straightforward and open. The owner is personable and the office manager is amazing, ensuring everyone has what they need. It really feels like a family. The facility is also a great fit for birthday parties. The division between the party room and the gym is great for older relatives. Staff are accommodating, help facilitate the party, and are actively supervising activities. Kids love the zip line and the foam block pit. It is highly recommended.
Absolutely love SRG! They are amazingly friendly and have the best experience coaches. The coaches are also great role models for the gymnasts!

Jessica Andrewson has many years of experience with training gymnasts. She is very concerned that the youth in her care do the right things and don't cause injury due to bad technique and overuse. Solid Rock Gymnastics is a great place for kid’s birthday party. Staff was communicative and promptly replying to our inquiries. Our party host, Lindsay, was great. Our 4-7 year olds had so much fun. We plan to book this again for next year’s birthday.
