“We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Jasmine Room! What an incredible evening. The Grand Manse is not only an incredible spot for photos but the Jasmine room and bar is absolute stunning and just speaks for it's self. It needs little dressing up. Beautiful historic elegance. The staff is amazing. Olivia was the best to work with from the very beginning. She was so helpful. The venue catering staff was bar none! So many compliments on the food. We had a plated meal and the guests were raving! The desserts were decadent! The bar staff was on point and friendly. What an amazing unforgettable evening. Thank you to all of you!”

“Cute location but i do have to say they need a mini revamp.
Breakfast is delicious. Always have water and fruit out. The fitness center is small but good enough the location is great
But.. the walls are paper thin i can hear the man upstairs snoring. The pillows are still Feather pillows flat and they stick you with the ends of the feathers. And the towels are like sand paper and i did get a set that had brown stains on them. Id give 5 stars if it wasn't for this.”

I was so impressed with how Joel worked with our family and his fast communication. He made sure everything on our wedding day ran smoothly. He even allowed us to choose our setup time and come in early, which made the whole process so much less stressful. I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out.”

The venue is perfect for a smaller celebration and the surrounding outdoor areas are great for photos with the couple. The indoor lighting and decorations were also nicely done for the wedding ceremony & reception.”

“Door dash restaurants was nearby and fast during our stay. Walmart is across the street literally a two minute drive. Staff was excellent during check in. King suite was perfect for our stay and the shower had great water pressure. Kids really liked the pool as well. Location is great about 20 minutes from Memorial stadium. Price is on the premium end but just being a rewards member helps. I would stay again and would recommend if it's on the budget. Booked through hotels.com.”

“We arrived here about 4pm, May 30th, we were greeted by Robert, the front desk manager. He very quickly checked us in, and helped us with some problems with our IHG account. He took his time with us and delivered outstanding positive service!
The rooms were great large, very clean, and quiet. Great stay, thank you so much!!”
“The Hard Product is definitely showing its age, but it’s not a terrible hotel. The bathrooms are on the tiny side, and 8 foot ceilings are a bit depressing today but here we are.”

“Older hotel, inexpensive. Our stay was interrupted by multiple maintenance issues, air conditioning, electrical, etc. The staff there did a fantastic job quickly addressing the problems and getting our room fixed up for our stay. They were professional and courteous. Ana the front desk clerk and Johnny the very polite and energetic maintenance man were both over the top helpful.”
