A great facility for birthday parties. The division between the party room and the gym are great for older relatives that don't like the loud noises of children. The staff is very professional and responsible regarding the children's safety in the gymnasium, allowing the parents and other family to relax and enjoy the big day. Much recommend!

Absolutely love SRG! They are amazingly friendly and have the best experience coaches. The coaches are also great role models for the gymnasts!

SRG has been such a great fit for our 7 year old gymnast. We came to SRG from another gym and her skills have advanced so much in the six months she’s been there. The instructors are great and the communication regarding progress is very straightforward and open and put right in the portal for you to look at. It’s been an excellent experience and our gymnast loves it there.

We have been coming to Solid Rock for 3 years now and definitely don't think we will stop anytime soon. The coaches do amazing making sure my child is learning the appropriate skills to be at successful gymnastics if they choose this path... The owner is personable and nice to chat with when you can catch her! The office manager is amazing as well and always makes sure we have what we need and communicates with us very well.

We love SRG! My daughter started in a rec class then progressed to pre team and then team. She has really loved all of her coaches and teammates. It really feels like a family. I love it because your gymnast's wellbeing and safety are their number one priority. We have tried other gyms. I would recommend this gym over any other in area because of the small class size and one on one attention.

This facility is one of the best in Lincoln. It’s clean and well-run. Staff are friendly and answered all of our questions relating to the birthday party we held there for our son’s 5th birthday. They were accommodating in the scheduling process and when we arrived, had tables set to and ready to go with table covers. They helped facilitate the party by keeping things in schedule, offering suggestions, and actively supervising activities. The kids loved the zip line, and our son loved the culmination of the party when his friends all tossed the foam blocks into the air as our son flew down the line into the pit! Highly recommended!

Jessica Andrewson has many years of experience with training gymnasts. She is very concerned that the youth in her care do the right things and don't cause injury due to bad technique and overuse. I would highly recommend Solid Rock Gymnastics to any parent who is concerned about who their child spends their training time with.

Solid Rock Gymnastics is a great place for kid’s birthday party. Staff was communicative and promptly replying to our inquiries. Our party host, Lindsay, was great. Our 4-7 year olds had so much fun. We plan to book this again for next year’s birthday.

Absolutely love it here!! My kids have a blast and they are great at teaching basic skills the right way! It's important to learn things right even when they are young and I appreciate the time they spend to correct movements when needed! Highly recommend

We have been to Solid Rock Gymnastics for several years now, and I am thoroughly impressed with their facilities, staff, and programs. This gym is truly exceptional!The gym itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The equipment is top-notch and maintained regularly. Safety is clearly a priority at Rock Solid Gymnastics, as I have witnessed trainers consistently enforcing proper techniques and spotting techniques during training sessions. This attention to detail puts both parents and athletes at ease knowing they are in good hands.

We have had many birthday parties for our kids ranging from ages five to eight, and all of the age groups have enjoyed Solid Rock for the party. It is also one of the most affordable places in Lincoln for the number of kids to hold a birthday party. We highly recommend it!
