This store needs to hire more people. Extremely long wait just to turn in a modem. Seems like the store owner has the same impersonal response for everyone else who has had the same issue. EDIT: owner submitted that impersonal response within 2 minutes of this review being up. Maybe he should come in and help if he’s so quick.

Not bad for streaming, I signed up, I got the modem, router and cables before I left the store and self installed in 15 minutes. Most services I'd wait for an entire day a week down the road, for a service person who might not show up (yes that has happened to me) with another company.

Having two workers there but only one working is ridiculous. An hour to switch out devices that took 2 min. Extremely irritated and i can’t wait to switch providers!:) shout out to Mary for being rude and honestly, useless.

Horrible company, but you don’t need to read reviews to know that.
Edit: Talked with a customer support person again and they are still horrible and useless. But you didn’t need an updated review to know that.

Came in to restart service and pay outstanding bill for an elderly friend. There were 6 others behind us and more coming in when 2 out of 3 employees left for the day, leaving just 1 person to help the massive line that started forming long before they left. The wait time was ridiculous and we were there over an hour even though we were next in line. Not impressed and relieved my own carrier knows how to treat us right.

All I needed to do is hand them their modem. One person was working, two other greeters were just walking around. I asked a greeters of I could check in the modem, the one person working said I need to give him a receipt, so I needed to wait in line. There were at least 6 people in line ahead of me. One guy in his car came in angry, said he was waiting for an hour. I finally had to walk out, I'm not waiting 2 hrs. Completely rude

Store hours on website and door said open till 8pm. I got there at 6:45 and they were closed. How am I supposed to return equipment when they not open when they say they are. Total BS and a waste of my time.

Somethings not right with spectrum in lincoln. We have outages so much compared to other places. I know 2 ppl in completely different states who never had ONE outage with spectrum so why are we getting 4 outages a month? And im talking outages that last more than 4 hours LOL.

I've had a terrible experience with Spectrum. The service is extremely unreliable with frequent outages, which makes it nearly impossible to count on a stable connection. Every time I visit a Spectrum store, the wait times are ridiculously long, and the staff often seems overwhelmed and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend Spectrum to anyone—there are better options out there that are worth your time and money. Avoid this service if you can.

Ngl but i cant stand this store. The fact everytime i go in even if its to do something simple you have to wait 30 minutes to an hour. I feel like they should have a person for only drop offs because that gets done instantly. Also spectrum sucks. If you dont have it dont get it. I been on it 2 months and have had 5 outages. I also drop connection 3x a day and i game so its superrr annoying

Constant outages this is not an exaggeration! And every single time it’s hours if not the entire day. Why on earth am I still a customer? Not anymore, HELLO ALLO! Spectrum refuses to even credit an account for not having service four days a month. BHOLE FACES
