About Spectrum Store
The Spectrum Store provides broadband Internet, Mobile, and Cable TV services where customers can shop, upgrade, pick up equipment, and pay bills. Experiences vary. Some reviews report great, quick help where issues were fixed and plans were found with polite, fast assistance. Others successfully signed up and left with equipment for a fast self-install. However, some customers were not impressed, citing staff who did not explain things well. There were also reports of people walking out cursing due to long waits, not enough help, and problems with the front computer.
