“Went there. They had the parts I needed to fix my mower. I went to four other places before discovering this place. I'm never going anywhere else again. And YouTube sucks. I tipped the mower the way the guy told me to on YouTube. All the oils spilled out of it. These guys were familiar with it. I was pretty worried that I really damaged something they said. Don't worry about it. Just change your oil. Everything went back together and I have discovered that my self-propelled mower was supposed to work 10 times better than it has been working, so that's a positive that the part broke to begin with.”

“Well the ole Chevy had an incident last night on the way to husker harvest days in Grand Island Nebraska. We left for the show right after I got off work yesterday afternoon and about 6 hours into the drive the a/c compressor bracket bolts snapped. There was only 2 of 3 in there that should have been which was likely the cause. So we let the truck cool down (since without the accessory drive belt there was no fan or waterpump functionality) for an hour and drove about 2 miles and turned it off let it cool and repeat the process for 3 more times until we made it to Southwest Auto and Service Repair in Lincoln Nebraska. Slept in the bed of the truck in a reclining lawn chair and sleeping bag until the owner showed up at 630 and saw us. He got the shop all opened up and got us lined up to get the broken bolts extracted. This place was a god send, had a Napa right next door too. Thank God for good folks like James (owner) and Romeo. The staff at this shop are superb, very respectful, and great at their job! We should be at the show before noon! God bless you all!!!”
“I want to preface by saying that my overall experience is not done and will update.
Dropped my Freightliner cascadia off here around 4pm and was told they will probably get to it in the morning and send me estimate (they did seem extremely busy with a few current customers). I have to get the work done so if the earliest is tomorrow, then i guess it will have to be tomorrow. Had quite a few major expenses come up recently so just generally felt pretty down on my luck lately. This shop had emailed me an estimate within 2 hours of dropping off/ bringing in my truck... What a pleasant surprise! They were slammed and still had time to help me! That is world class service and worth every penny alone.”
