“We needed to go a further distance than walking comfortably so we decided to rent a BikeLNK. This was our first time and it was simple to rent two bikes from the kiosk. The screen was simple enough to use and the steps were easy to follow. Pulling the bikes out of the locked area was effortless and the light/sound combination would make it so that any user can be aware that it is ready to take the bike. We utilized the bike lanes downtown and it allowed for quick travel to Haymarket. The bikes were in good working condition with comfortable handles and seats. The reason I scored this a 4 instead of 5 is that when we were looking for a return location it was a bit harder to find using the app. Also, some of this is user error since I am not very familiar with the area and at times it was hard to find a street sign to help direct us where to go. Overall, I would highly recommend using BikeLNK for a quick and easy mode of transportation downtown.”
