Horrible customer service all around. I recently got a new iPhone 16 through Verizon online. When I went to set it up at home I ran into some issues and the phone locked. I was unable to get it unlocked, even with tech support over the phone. They suggested I take it into the store. Unfortunately most data had been transferred so my old phone was no longer working. When I took it in they said it got stuck during an update and since I had already transferred everything I had to take it to another iPhone repair place on my own dime or pay a $50 fee to replace it. The associate was very adamant that those were my two choices. I asked to talk to a supervisor and explained the same thing. I was never able to use the phone. It kicked during the setup. The associate right away said that is not what I told him. He acted like I had been using the phone prior to the update. I had not. It was all part of the initial transfer from my old phone. The supervisor did agree to give me a new phone at no cost but was also very condescending and acted like it was my fault. While I was in the store, an elderly woman came in and was having issues with her phone. It appeared this had been the second time she had been in the store. I could overhear another associate helping her. He was very rude and condescending to her. When I left, the poor woman was in tears. I definitely do not recommend this store. It is clear management is the problem and allows their associates to treat customers this way.

I went in with an issue of my brand new phone blacking out screen at 10pm, and not coming back on until 6am. There was no hesitation they jumped right in and starting researching possible issues. If I'm not mistaken it was to my surprise they stayed after hours to take care of me. The teamwork I seen with the crew that was working that night was amazing. Highly recommend this location for sure. Thanks again.

If you have a phone performance issue, they're worthless. The woman kept saying "I just sell phones, I don't know how apps work". The issue involved phone swipe nav, not any app. Weak. (I've done 100's of reviews, this is my first negative review)

I am actually shocked at how hard I was deterred away today. I am not tech savvy, I don't know the names of phones and since I didn't know exactly what I wanted the bald man with glasses wouldn't help, wouldn't even provide me options. Also took my phone and granted himself access instead of telling me there would be a link that I would need to grant access. Even told me to try best buy since he didn't have any pixels in stock except the XL, like what? Can't they ship you your new phone? My screen has been cracked for a couple weeks I could have waited, but he literally did not want to help me at all. I was just in the area but I will be going back to the O st location to get a new phone.

Highly inadequate customer service. I fought through the robot caller three tines to reach a real person a d they kept hanging up on me with no help what so ever. Seriously need to reevaluate themselves.

Horrible experience with sales guy. He wasn’t listening to the options I was looking for in a new phone. He told me to wait until March 2025 to get a new phone. Left and purchased new iPhone 16 pro max at 27th & Superior. Had a superior experience at that location.

Went in for support with a frozen device. Dominique asked what the problem was and proceeded to restart the phone. As we had tried the same restart numerous times, we asked what process he did. He proceeded to argue saying we had restarted the phone; we had not, therefore the reason for the store visit. We asked again what he had done and he proceeded to explain the same process we had done over half a dozen times. We stated we had done this half a doze. Times and the phone remained frozen. He insisted we had already restarted the phone and did not listen to our request as to what we could do differently.
Not pleased with the customer service we received from Dominique and would not recommend having him as a support or sales individual; helping customers is what we expected, not arguing with the customer when they ask questions.

Came in yesterday and I worked with Adam. Adam was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and transparent. I had a lot of questions and he gave his honest feedback about it all. He is definitely who I will ask for any time I need to step into the store. Thanks for the help Adam.

I’m not going to comment on products or customer service I general. However, long story short, my Apple phone no longer sent/received group texts as previous. I had been to three different Verizon stores for help and referred to certified Apple computer repair store without resolution. I went to the Apple Store in Omaha. The consensus was “it’s a mystery and we can’t fix it”. I went back to the Verizon store in South Point. Initially told I had to call an 800 number and work it out on my own. I had already tried this MULTIPLE times. When one of the other customer service rep overheard the problems I was having IN even getting someone to answer the 800 number she OFFERED to help me. Ashlyn took control and at one point enlisted the help and experience of Darien to try and solve my problem. What I want all to know is there are really GOOD, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS AND PATIENT Customer Service employees in this store that spent an hour and a half with me. They never lost patience, always tried everything they and Verizon tech support suggested to solve my problem. It didn’t work but that’s not the point. They were FABULOUS and I thank and appreciate their efforts. VERIZON YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE THEM.

Excellent customer service. Not sure why they need 8 employees standing around while one guy does the work... Also bought a phone case that was outrageously expensive. Guess prices need to be high to pay the 8 employees.
