Verizon is one of the best phone plans around by far. Went into the store to upgrade a phone since it stopped working. They didn't seem to be happy to be helping me. Save the trouble if you can and do it online.

Worst Verizon store EVER! I have been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years and have been very happy with their service. This store is the WORST! Had issues with new phone and got treated like garbage by an employee. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he is the manager. He was rude and unprofessional and needs to go back for some customer service training from Verizon Corporate. I will never be going back to that location again. (Just adding here. After I got home I checked to see what other reviewers said. Sounds like the poor customer service at this location has been an ongoing issue that unfortunately, Verizon does not want to resolve. Sad to see, I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this location. If I had I would have went to another store.)

We had a scheduled appointment, but the staff was not prepared. The representative was cold and rude and did not answer our questions. Her attitude was unacceptable, so much so that we are thinking of changing our carrier. Do not buy any from Verizon.

Dom is very professional and goes above and beyond helping customers. He worked with me on figuring out what I wanted before I got there and although he wouldn’t be there when I arrived he relayed what I was wanting to Kenzie and she was very professional and quick in getting me taken care of. This was a hassle free experience. Thank you

Forget about getting any sorta help here. They close at 7, I walked in at 6:34, was told to pound sand, "they didn't have time" and we can't help you here. They gave me a sheet of paper with a list of phone numbers and said "here", I said I have already called customer service and1. Couldn't understand the. Person on the other end.2. Basically ran me in circles and told me to go to my nearest Verizon store. " have a good day sir".I was there to point out a false advertisement on an upgrade, with video of the b/s online step by step. The associate at the front counter with tats and long nails can go s___ a d_____ d___. She looks like she'd be good at it.Thanks for the help verizon

Since before 10:00 this morning, I have been without service in my phone (small town just outside of Lincoln). I tried calling my neighbor to see if she had Verizon service, but lost her. So I went over and she did. My husband, who is on his own work plan was out of town, couldn’t hear me when he’d try calling and my texts to him were not going through, with wifi on or off. I tried chatting with a tech coach and did the restart network and that didn’t help. So, I left and went to this store.2 miles out of town, I had 5G & a strong signal. Right away I met the manager, Dom at the door. He said it was an iPhone thing. “It happens to all of them & could remove my SIM card replacing it with an esim to ease my mind.” So I let him. Then, tried to sell me their home internet… 2 months free & then $25 per month & bring it back if we don’t like. I caved and took it. Got home & no signal again! I was not pleased… obviously that wasn’t the answer. I missed 2 important calls because I couldn’t answer. My husband returned home late afternoon & he didn’t have service either, but had an appointment. I went back to the store, this time taking the internet box with me. My husband works from home & as he said, “if we don’t have phone service with them, why do we want their internet?!” Dom wasn’t available, so I spoke to someone else. He looked on his iPad and there weren’t any outages on the area. I was able to call and speak to someone in technical support and the guy said it was an issue with our residence and would take 11-15 hours to get fixed. I was able to have service in their store & again 2-5 miles from my house. My husband also called and the rep he talked to told him it is some sort of a power cell?’ AND…There are 5-6 people affected with this in our area!My question is, why didn’t Dom do more to look into this for me when I was in there this morning, instead of just a “so-called, quick fix!” For a manager, that is not OK! I wish I would have gotten the guys name who helped the last time. He at least tried and let me call from their phone since I couldn’t call from home (tall, strawberry blonde hair). If we didn’t have 2 years left, we would no longer be Verizon customers. Very poor customer service, especially for a manager!

Nice phone store had a plan with them for years now. Not planning on changing it unless they go out of business

Excellent customer service. Not sure why they need 8 employees standing around while one guy does the work... Also bought a phone case that was outrageously experience. Guess prices need to be high to pay the 8 employees.

My initial impression when I first went in was 5 stars. They were helpful and assisted with phone upgrades and an internet modem trial. I missed the 30 day mark on the internet trial and went back today to cancel it. They told me almost 2 hour wait to cancel it without receipt because they would have to look me up in system (which they would need to do anyway...). I went home, got the receipt, and they told me it was outside of 30 day window and they couldn't cancel it. I have to call customer service line. The manager explaining this was speaking to me very loudly and with a disrespectful tone like she was the one being bothered. I won't be going back to that store. They are not professional and I also suspect they will tell you anything to get a sale. Thankfully the lady I talked to after calling Verizon customer service (Juanita) was very helpful and friendly.

Don't bother signing up for a business plan with these guys. They try to make a sale and not fully execute on their promise, we were told that our business phone and internet will be around the same as our plan current (Allo). Not only does their business internet cut in and out so does their business phone lines bc both run off a constant 5g towers instead of a permanent line in an outlet.Come to realize when signing up they had us speaking with a regular rep instead of a business rep. Who couldn't explain any of the details in regards to limitations on internet and usage. Our bill is supposed to be $100-110. Instead they had charges of $450 the first month and the 2nd month was around $500 which is all due to "overage!" We were told when we signed up that this will be enough for our business with 2 computers and 3 employees. We had a total of around $1000 the first two months of service. We of course canceled our plan and had to speak with financial services bc we couldn't get any help at this location or from Manny the "business rep"Manny couldn't even call us back when we needed support until we had to call and file a complaint that we have not be getting call support from our area business rep. As a business rep you would assume he would take care of the business department and service those who walk in for business usage. Had to stop in a couple of times to get help for business, all roads lead back to Manny on PineLake came back Monday morning with no Manny in the store. Guy gives generic answers to real world issues, If we wanted generic answers Verizon has a website that has all robotic answers.Definitely wouldn't be someone I would use to represent my company. Would help if they had a business rep call or sign up lines only instead of general reps who don't understand the jist of the plans.

Had a much more pleasant experience at this Verizon, at least the 2nd time we popped in. Of course on the first, we came an hour before close and were again directed by the staff member manning the front that we would not be seen today and to make an appointment for another day, can we come in during the day. We said no we work and left. It really depends on who you get upfront (aka how late they want to be there). We tried again another day probably around the same time and were put on the queue to be helped..it was still a wait, but at least we were not immediately turned away. Had a great sales representative (I wish I would have got his name) that was very transparent and honest in regards to the current promo, asking us why we wanted to upgrade and telling us that we should wait until Iphone 14 series comes out, because it would not be worth it for us at this time. I really appreciate that he was straight with us knowing this would hinder his commission. Only reason not a 5 is because of the first experience and being turned away.
