“It's probably the best costco I've been. Now, I'm not speaking for everyone but this costco has friendly staff. Food court does get busy and packed, but they get your food to you pretty quickly. Considering there is a 3-man team, be patient with them.”

“Due to the nature of my insurance, I do not receive any price break for my medications by either buying in bulk or via mail order. I live close to Sam's Club, so it is just as convenient for me to come into the store every 30 days. On the one hand that may be inconvenient, but the benefit is I get to know the pharmacists on a more personal level, but just as important, they get to know me. I feel as if Lee knows me personally, he greets me by name even when he’s busy with other customers. No one is more patient and personable then him. I hope you pay him well. Even though Sam's Club is a chain, of course, I prefer to spend my money locally where it benefits the local economy. Sam’s is my neighborhood store.”
“I'm such a fan I have my travel plans wrapped around costco availability. Today it's just gas but we have an old RV that consumes egregious amounts of gas on a long road trip. This trip alone our average savings at Costco buys two gallons of fuel per tank. That's huge fir our retirement income in todays economy. Clean restrooms and super ready to eat foods make this camper very happy and healthier!”
“Shout out to the tire and battery department. Whoever was working on 1/29/2026 in the evening and took care of my daughter in the Jeep Compass, you have my respect and appreciation. This car has a ridiculous auxiliary battery that neither AAA or Autozone will change. Her car was dead and needed both batteries replaced. I was 2 states away and felt helpless. After about 4 technicians, AAA finally replaced the main battery and got her car started. She couldn’t turn it off though or it wouldn’t start again. She went to Firestone but the had just closed. Fortunately, Sam’s was nearby but they would be closing in about an hour. She pulled up and in about 30 minutes, you guys had her new auxiliary battery fixed up and on her way. This dad is very thankful for you stepping up and taking care of his daughter when he couldn’t be there.”
“This Sam's Club has the best and most attentive Tire and Battery staff. They graciously found work around Solutions for a problem that wasn't of their creation, and provided extremely courteous service. I commend the staff there for talking to me about my vehicle like I was an intelligent person capable of understanding the concerns with my vehicle.”
“Scan and go makes your shopping trip a BREEZE we’ve had the Sam’s App on the phone for two years now and this was our first time using Scan and Go but now that they’ve added the new skip the line options as well as EBT and Sam’s Card savings there’s no better way to shop here! Other than out of stock items this Sam’s club is a great place to shop. We love their rotisserie chickens but have had so many problems getting them because either their rotisseries weren’t working or they didn’t have the staff. Best prices on toiletries and canned goods hands down. And a wide selection of alcoholic beverages for your party needs. Bedsheets here are stellar and a good value, and they by far have one of the best electronics warranties most included when you purchase the product or an extra year for plus members.
If they don’t have what you’re looking for in store it’s not a problem to order online it ships free for plus members and most orders arrive within a few days!

“I have recently discovered the fueling go option through the app.... Life-changing!
No more standing there trying to scan my membership card for 2 minutes before it reads it lol. Open the app, click on the Scan and fuel option, align your camera with the QR code and it simultaneously accesses your membership and payment option (which is saved to your account), fuel and go!
The fact that it's usually the cheapest gas in Lincoln doesn't hurt either!!”
