The process of scheduling service and communicating via text or an 800 number can be slow, contradictory, and difficult. However, the local office and its dedicated experts are helpful for troubleshooting, clarifying billing, and providing support. Technicians are described as amazing, friendly, polite, conscientious, knowledgeable, wonderful, respectful, and accommodating. They work hard to fix issues, ensure the fastest speed possible, and prioritize customer needs. While the overall process to get a technician can be awful, the local appointments and personnel successfully provide installation and repair, ensuring customers finally get their service hooked up.
Both Trey in Jamaica and Brandon at my house were great. Both were courteous, helpful and explained everything to me in great detail. Excellent experience. Brandon was speedy and obviously knew his stuff.

Customer service and trying to get internet via the 800 number is non existent. They are rude, mean and should all be fired. I finally started to get something accomplished thru the local office. Tim was very helpful and after almost 2 weeks and countless hours on the phone with the 800 people, he got my place hooked up.
