Technicians are described as amazing, friendly, polite, conscientious, knowledgeable, wonderful, respectful, and accommodating. They work hard to fix issues, ensure the fastest speed possible, and prioritize customer needs. While the overall process to get a technician can be awful, the local appointments and personnel successfully provide installation and repair, ensuring customers finally get their service hooked up.
