A hawk flew into my windshield on a Friday. The following Monday, I walked in to get a quote and asked for the soonest time he could put my window in. He got it in that next day. Dropped it off at 8am and he called me at 9:20am stating it was done!
Great experience all the way around.

Cannot get a hold of them. Phone rang 15 times. Guess I'll call elsewhere ??

Rude as hell. Ordered the glass and after paying upfront waited a week to just check in, not trying to rush them and was given an attitude about asking roughly how long and then hung up on me. Once this project is done no more business from my company (we have 100s of windows)
