Then the alternator was actually bad part from the factory and they changed it out the next Monday for free. Can’t thank them enough for getting me back on the road in a timely manner. “During our 4th of July camping trip we ended up stranded in McCook with a blown tire and a flat. We limped into town on a ruined rim and a flat on one side and a good Samaritan that stopped to see if him and his wife could help immediately recommended NebraskaLand Tire for roadside repairs. I called them and they said they could have someone there but it would be about an hour, which was fine. Sadly it was almost closing time on top of it all. I was pleasantly surprised when Tyler showed up in the service truck in less than half an hour. He assessed the situation and discussed a game plan and got to work. He was absolutely FANTASTIC! He tolerated my little boys questions and watching him as he worked. He put on our spare and took our other rim back to get a new tire on. He was efficient and made sure to do a stellar job. I went back to the shop to pay for their services and was even more impressed when the manager had given me the normal hourly rate (even though we ended up being after hours) and made me a good deal on the tire they replaced. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made a very stressful situation SO much easier to deal with! THANK YOU McCook Nebraskaland Tire! You guys are awesome!”

“I have been an employee and a customer since 2005. I have seen many customers come through the business, for repairs of ALL KINDS, and the vast majority of those customers are VERY happy with the work that the shop, and Bill and Darren personally, provide.This shop has been the repair facility for the local FedEx fleet since opening in 2005, and has had MANY repeat customers come back, including those who are not from the area (such as the folks who run the county fair carnival - they've had many vehicles fixed, and they are from Texas).The point here is this - the area we live in does not rely on GOOGLE REVIEWS to generate repeat business, and shouldn't be relied upon for future customer service.Regarding the one-star rating, this customer left their car behind after moving out of state, and left the responsibility upon the guys to sell the vehicle. Numerous people were interested in the car, and test drove, despite the review telling that "the engine blew up". The vehicle ultimately sold with the same engine that the customer claimed was blown. Perhaps an edit to their Google review is warranted. In fact I'd encourage it.”

“Terry's Auto Repairs are exhaust wizards. They fixed the exhaust on my Toyota Camry and I've never had an issue with it since. Properly secured, sounds great and at a reasonable price. They're a bit out of the way but the extra distance is worth it.”

“A hawk flew into my windshield on a Friday. The following Monday, I walked in to get a quote and asked for the soonest time he could put my window in. He got it in that next day. Dropped it off at 8am and he called me at 9:20am stating it was done!
