“I recently bought a car from Facebook and unannounced to me. I was about to run into several issues. I pull into the McDonald’s parking lot and my battery starts dying on me and it starts overheating at the same time and all these other wacky things are going on with it at the same time and I thought oh my God what have they done. So I bring it into Nebraska tiling and service actually I tried to put the battery died and they were nice enough to come and help me get the car there I was less than a half mile awaykids that were great that helped me out turns out I’m just missing one belt that goes to everything lol they fixed my car and everything that needed to be together and it came out to an amazing price and told me what else I needed to get done and the ladies at the front Shannon and Miss Kathy they were amazing if you’re in the McCook area or anywhere in that surrounding area and you need vehicle work done go there my car runs a smooth as a baby. I don’t even know that it’s on. Thank you, Nebraska tire and service!”

“I have been an employee and a customer since 2005. I have seen many customers come through the business, for repairs of ALL KINDS, and the vast majority of those customers are VERY happy with the work that the shop, and Bill and Darren personally, provide.This shop has been the repair facility for the local FedEx fleet since opening in 2005, and has had MANY repeat customers come back, including those who are not from the area (such as the folks who run the county fair carnival - they've had many vehicles fixed, and they are from Texas).The point here is this - the area we live in does not rely on GOOGLE REVIEWS to generate repeat business, and shouldn't be relied upon for future customer service.Regarding the one-star rating, this customer left their car behind after moving out of state, and left the responsibility upon the guys to sell the vehicle. Numerous people were interested in the car, and test drove, despite the review telling that "the engine blew up". The vehicle ultimately sold with the same engine that the customer claimed was blown. Perhaps an edit to their Google review is warranted. In fact I'd encourage it.”

“Want to give a shoutout to Tyler! After traveling 300 miles out of town and my check engine light coming on. He ran a code for me 10 minutes to close in the blazing heat after every other place I called in Mccook told me they wouldn’t help! I traveled back home the 300 miles to take it to the dealership because of warranty and I called him a week and a half later and he remembered the code so I could provide it to the dealership that is telling me they could not find anything wrong with it! I moved away from Mccook 20 years ago and I am great full for a knowledgeable mechanic! If I lived in Mccook he is who I would have work on my vehicle!! Thank you!!”
