We are on an extended trip and needed a new tire (we ran through a small crater -- not a pot hole, but a crater in Missouri). Apparently a tire on the toy hauler was damaged and eventually had a blowout. After getting the spare in place we made it to Minden, Nebraska. I took the tire to Jim's OK Tire and they very quickly put a new tire on the rim. They then came to our toyhauler and installed the tire. After that they jacked up the other side and put a new tire on so that I was running a matched set on the axle. They did all of this in under an hour.
This level of customer service goes beyond anything I have ever experienced. And their pricing was more than reasonable.
