Was in and out in probably 25 minutes can't thank them enough for getting me back on the road feeling safe.”

Let me describe my situation. I was one hour into a 7 hour trip to the Black Hills in my 2008 F250 Diesel. About 10 miles out of Norfolk we had a gear light come on, a loud fan noise, and the transmission fluid temp gauge go dead. We were pulling our camper and carrying our kayaks, and bikes. We didn't lose power, so we went on to Norfolk.
I was uncertain we'd even get to continue our 8 day vacation, so we were somewhat desperate to find a shop that might at least diagnose it. I have to give Pinkelman Truck and Trailer props, because although they don't work on pickups like mine, the did suggest Ridder. Ridder got us in, diagnosed right away, loaned us a car for a couple hours, and fixed the bad sensor for a reasonable price. We made it to our campsite with only a few hours added to the trip. The truck ran fine the rest of the trip all the way home.

“I was traveling through town with my Uhaul and I showed up at Hi-Way towards the end of a business day. Brian dropped what he was doing to get me in. He was great about trying to get me back on the road ASAP. He called around immediately to find a part at a salvage yard and then when it came in, he stayed after hours to get the job done. I always felt he was being honest about what was wrong with it, and felt it was above average customer service. If I lived in Norfolk, I would highly recommend and make this my go-to shop.”

“Great place to purchase oem gm auto parts, the parts crew definitely all has a lot of knowledge, they also keep some oem mopar as well as motorcraft filters, they happen to have the Mopar oil and fuel filters for my 6.7 Cummings on hand, which I purchased close to 5 aclock on a Saturday afternoon. Just to mention they are open till 5 on a Saturday while close competition is closed, that's customer service.”

“Was traveling through whith my sister and two nieces. Then my A/C compressor quit. so there we were temp is in the hundreds 4 people in a car with no A/C. Purchased a new compressor from O'Reilly's but couldn't find anyone to put it in for us. And we called everyone. Then my phone rings and it's Brad's shop. He not only will do it but have it done by morning. He saved the day. And also dropped me off and picked me up from the hotel. Truly a great guy.”
