“My reasoning for this 5 star review. We got some bubba couches about a year ago and had been having issues on and off with them...the reclining among other things. Although very comfy as they were the reclining made it a nightmare. Turns out it was something that was due to the way they were made and it was causing issues. Long story short they rolled over everything we already paid on those and replaced them with some new couches we picked out. So... so far I'm a very happy customer. ?”
